Where our dogs come from

All Mutts Matter Rescue has connections with many southern shelters. Sadly, these shelters are often overcrowded, and highly adoptable pups, through no fault of their own, are left to fend for themselves. We try to help as many as we can by pulling dogs from these shelters and providing foster care until they find their forever homes through adoption. In addition, we also pull from shelters in the area and accept local surrenders. Whenever our foster system has space, we make it a priority to help as many dogs as possible.
